Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Return

Items may be returned only if the item is damaged. Due to each item being made to order. To return an item, please get in touch with smilishjewels@gmail.com within 7 days upon receipt of the item that you wish to return. We will handle the situation from there.

 

Refund

Refunds are only available for products that have been returned. For any other refund requests don't hesitate to get in touch with smilishjewels@gmail.com. 

 

Cancellations 

Orders may be canceled if a request to do so is submitted and acknowledged by us BEFORE the item is shipped. We try to process orders quickly, so your best chance of canceling your order is by contacting us within one hour of placing the order. Orders marked as "Shipped" cannot be canceled.
